I'm starting to see the school supplies line the store aisles again. I can't believe it's almost August! The summer has gone by so fast and I hardly had a chance to do anything this year! … except sweat. :-p
Well, this definitely brightens my mood: AstroBrights papers. I love this stuff. I absolutely love school and office supplies. I do crafts and make stuff (and so do the kids) so we always need a good supply. AstroBrights paper is especially nice because the paper is very high quality. It's good for cutting into craft projects and especially for printing things like flyers, bright notices, and etc. The colors are terrific, too! And for some reason, chore charts that I print our in vivid yellows and pinks and greens are less likely to get ignored than if I use boring old white. ;)
AstroBrights also has a nice contest going on. It's called the "Give a Brighter Year" sweepstakes. You can win cash and school supplies for the school of your choice, a $30,000 value! All you have to do is share your AstroBright design project with a photo and video. Share it on Pinterest and Twitter (be sure to use the hashtag #goastrobrights so they will see it). Some crafty moms have already made some very neat things– colorful pinwheels, scrapbooking projects, puppets and Humpty Dumpty characters. It's a worthy activity for homeschoolers.
Check out the details at the Astrobright website and on Facebook. You will definitely be inspired by the "Make Something AstroBright" designs, for sure! No more boring whites and grays! Brilliance is back!
