That’s the view from Whiteface Mountain in the Adirondack Forest Preserve. Almost 5,000 feet above sea level, and a mighty fine place it is. :)

Oh, every place has its own beauty and interest. But I just happen to live in the same area as my favorite place on earth. That’s pretty cool. :)
