Hey! Don’t Leave Me!

September 21, 2012

I have gotten, like, ONE comment this week! From Lin, who is such a sweety. Thanks, Lin!

Don’t leave me, guys! it’s just a busy week for me! I have been traveling and trying to squeeze in the typical laundry/dishes/cooking/cleaning/kid-management/cat-care jobs while trying to keep my job, my husband, and my travel blog at the same time.

But please don’t forsake me! Don’t leave me! Don’t forget about me! Go read one of my wacky archived posts or leave repeated comments on mt recent blogs. I promise, I won’t complain!

lol Just kidding. I read your e-mails … Can I be one of those obnoxious readers who complains about the header? I don’t know why but the new graphic looks … I don’t know…something about it irks me.

These are the serious issues of our day. šŸ˜‰

Keep up the good work. I feel your pain!

MEG!!! I haven’t heard from you in ages!!! I’m so glad to see you are still around. Your son is SO big now, wow!

And HAHAHA :-p on “comment.” šŸ˜‰

    • Rebecca Says:

And the new header IS a little … edgy. I paid good money for it, though. SO until I can afford a new one (or take the hours to make my own), it stays. Got any suggestions on what would be better? I’m open.

Oh honey I wouldn’t leave you either, I have been very busy myself, and family issues, etc. It’s just been going around I think, lol!

    Have an awesome weekend šŸ™‚

I will never leave thee nor forsake thee. Or something like that. šŸ˜‰

Isn’t Lin a sweetheart? Good with the comments and great with the humor. šŸ™‚

You know I’m always here for ya and love ya, Girl! :luvs: Thanks for urging us out of “lurkdom”, lol! I’m sure I speak for tons of your readers – we’re still here and not goin’ anywhere! šŸ˜€

    • Rebecca Says:

Carole — I am so happy to see you are still with me. The blogosphere would be mighty lonely should you go. šŸ™‚ :luvs: Luvs back atcha. šŸ™‚

So, you’re one of us, eh?? Life continues… and your adoring fans eagerly, even impatiently, await each new episode of the Freaky Frugalite. No worries, Mate! :coolshades:

    • Rebecca Says:

Kristel — haha, yes, a mere mortal I am! Thanks for your comment. And THANKS for being such a devoted pal, on and offline. :luvs:

I’m like way lagging on everything at this point. You’d think with only 3 days of school and 4 days to do nothing but maybe a little homework I’d have time to do other things but I don’t lol. I haven’t had time to even up date my blogs or maybe it’s more of I’m not in the mood :/

    • Rebecca Says:

I noticed that my feed reader for your blog has been very, very dry lately… šŸ™ I thought maybe you went back to camp or something. So what have you been doing with all that spare time, huh? šŸ˜‰

  7. lin Says:

Hahaha! Actually, I’ve been having weeks like you too, and so, my comment was probably because I’m trying to catch up on my blog reading. It’s so hard to stay on top of it, isn’t it? Such a busy time of year.

Don’t worry–sometimes I breathe a sigh of relief when I see a post up there that I have already read. It makes me feel less guilty about not posting. šŸ™‚

    • Rebecca Says:

Lin, thanks for your comments. They always brighten my day. šŸ™‚ I have taken to the habit of reading everyone’s blogs on my mobile phone. It’s SO convenient to read blogs on that thing but SO difficult to post comments. I’ve been horrible at that lately.

I’m looking forward to winter just because I am stuck in the house and have more time to write and blog comment!

I have been a bad blog reader lately. I haven’t checked out the many blogs that I used to read almost daily or even weekly. I have had a lot of things on my “to do” list so have been busy with that. I wish there were more hours in a day!
