Mmmmmmmmmmm coffee. It is my preferred drink. I never used to drink coffee, not until after I had my second child (The Child Who Never Slept). Now, she’s a doll and I know I couldn’t live without her. But that baby taught me the meaning of Marathon Mom. whew, wow. Parents usually complain about their teenaged children, but I am nuts about mine. They are really, really great kids. And they are now old enough to get me my coffee!
I know I have readers from California here– has anyone tried Lot 44 Coffee? I’ve heard it’s waaaay better than the “other” west coast coffee dealers (and I tried the other coffee dealer– YUK! what is all the hype about them about??).
Here’s a funny video about the dangers of robotically-brewed coffee. Remember, you’ve been warned!!
Lot 44 Coffee has a “cup bar.” Instead of drinking alcohol, you drink their delicious coffees, which are all natural, organic, pesticide-free, and I hear it’s incredible coffee. They also have soy milk, steamed milk, and rice milk, which sounds very intriguing. It all sounds so great! But I have a problem– here I am without Lot 44, on the east coast! Maybe they’ll come this way. :D Give them some business so they can start some chains here in NY. I’d bet they’d do very well– coffee is practically our state drink here!

I agree with your comment about your kids. Based on all that you’ve written about them, they seem to be very well adjusted. I’m always so impressed with mom’s who take the time to spend quality time educating and teaching their children right from wrong. It appears you do that and even more!!! You go girl!!!
