This is too good a deal to pass, Frugal Hacks. Microsoft Office 2007 Home and Student Edition is on sale right now. The version, which allows up to three licensed users/computers, is on sale for only $88.99 at Buy.com. That’s a huge discount off the regularly priced $150! I think it’s a steal! And the supply is limited, so if you’ve been looking for a good price, here it is.
Now that it is summer, this is a really great time to stock up on school stuff for the next year, because stores are practicaly giving stuff away, to get rid of inventory. This is usually the time when I snatch up school supplies and software.
Plus, I really like Buy.com. I know I keep harping about their weekly sale page, but you have really got to see it! The prices on the electronics is really phenomenal, and a lot of times there is free shipping. Plus, there’s no sales tax for most states. :D Buy.com has more than software and electronics, though. I am getting my small appliances from them now, and my camera battery supplies, and my cookware. The free shipping is really great, and the prices are low. I’m just so thankful to be able to avoid the big box store crowds and shop at home!
Check out the website– I’ll betcha you find something you like!

I’m a married mom with 4 kids. We live in Upstate New York in an old 1855 house with our five pets (yes, five, *sigh*). Life is never dull, and exciting things just seem to always happen to me... why me... when I'm not running around the house fixing things, I do freelance writing and blogging. My work and opinions have appeared in Salon.com, USAToday, eHow.com, iMedia.com, the Associated Press and I've even been interviewed by TIME and The Wall Street Journal about blogging. Can you believe it?! Here is where I express my zany, creative, motherly side.
