I heard on the weather report the other day our summer is going to be "hotter" than usual here in our region! It's 6:45 pm as I write this and the wind has settled down a bit. I'm about to go outside and kill some weeds. I've been in doors all day because I just hate, really really hate the hot weather. It makes me very irritable :( grrrrrhhhh! And strange as this is, my imagination has always led me to believe that NY would always be cool but I suppose that's not so.
