Never, never, never, never update or otherwise touch your blog’s data files when:
1) you are not feeling well
2) the outdoors temperature feels higher then your normal body temperature
3) you are instructing daughters how to cook the dinner
4) you are just having a durn grumpy day
Thank you,
Management
(I was updating to WordPress 2.6 and had to change file permissions for a plugin, but wound up changing file permissions for the whole blog. This blocked me and readers from viewing blog. Because my mind is slow today, I completely forgot how to fix it. Took about an hour, lol. Siiiiggggh. Days like this I should just shop for ipods and relax completely.)
(By the way, I like 2.6 so far.)

I’m a married mom with 4 kids. We live in Upstate New York in an old 1855 house with our five pets (yes, five, *sigh*). Life is never dull, and exciting things just seem to always happen to me... why me... when I'm not running around the house fixing things, I do freelance writing and blogging. My work and opinions have appeared in Salon.com, USAToday, eHow.com, iMedia.com, the Associated Press and I've even been interviewed by TIME and The Wall Street Journal about blogging. Can you believe it?! Here is where I express my zany, creative, motherly side.

I’m not going to ask you what you did.
I hope it’s fixed now.
Hope you’re feeling better, I know just being hot makes me grumpy, no less having back problems to boot! Hang in there…

I am sorry that happened to you. What a frustrating nightmare. I have done somethings to I should have never done if I wasn’t totally into what I was doing. Yikes

I still haven’t even come close to touching WordPress yet. I just don’t have it in me right now to install it. Good job though, your blog looks so clean and beautiful!

Thanks for your support! I’m feeling a little better today, and it looks like my blog didn’t self-destruct! Yippee!
