People Crackers?!

Freaky

Outrageous!

This constitutes discrimination and encourages violence toward mailmen! Look what litter we found floating around in our yard:

peoplecrackers

My husband was emotionally scarred after seeing this. He is a mailman, and he has had his share of close encounters with monster dogs. He could tell you some stories, Cujo-style, I tell ya. He’s worn out a number of good men’s shoes from his exploits.

OK, OK, I’m joking. He’s not emotionally scarred, not for life, anyway. He’ll get over it, lol. :gangpunch:

But look closely at the wrapper. There are crackers for DOGS to EAT, in the shapes of mailmen and repairmen! Isn’t that kind of rude? I mean, what if the crackers were in shapes of babies and old ladies? Wouldn’t that be kind of offensive? But somehow, dogs devouring shapes of mailmen are OK?

It’s such a cruel, cruel world out there. But at least he’s getting plenty of exercise and new running shoes every couple of months.

Oh dear. That’s terrible! LOL But tell your husband not to worry… the Yorkie that might try to eat him is safely locked up inside! šŸ™‚ And I’m serious… that little rascal would try to eat anybody!!

  2. Rebecca Says:

Renee– LOLOL!! Oh no, the killer Yorkie!!! Thank goodness you guys have him locked up inside. I’ll tell him. He will be incredibly relieved, I assure you. XOXOX

Wow! Now that’s funny! But I know that dogs like to eat innocent people too! Haha. Just joking! But we used to ride our bikes around our 5-mile block. Well, only 3 times. After having a total of 4 dogs chase us, one of them who chased us for half a mile, we decided not to take that route too often. I still have ingrained in my mind that BIG black dog with HUGE teeth. He could run as fast as I could pedal with my 1-speed bike!
Anyway, then why is it ok for us to eat animal crackers? BWAHAHA! Nevermind. šŸ™‚

Whoa, Mike that’s wild about the dog chase. I *used* to walk down the street for exercise, until I went by one house. This HUGE vicious black dog (what IS it with black dogs?!) came racing down the yard right at me. I was absolutely terrified. All of a sudden, he jerked back as if an invisible hand clamped on his collar. he was snarling viciously, and paced the perimeter of the yard. The owners had an electric dog fence!

Still, as good an an electric fence may be, I don’t think such vicious dogs are appropriate, especially in a town setting where there are a lot of pedestrians passing by. The lunging, violent dog could give some poor old person a heart attack.

I did think of the animal crackers when writing this post. šŸ˜€ But the difference is that dogs don’t care what they eat, unlike people obviously, lol. So we can eat animal crackers and it’s cute; dogs don’t care. The dog crackers in shapes of people is for the people’s sake. And this people don’t think it’s so cute that dogs “eat” mailmen. Humph!

    Good point! šŸ˜€

So I have mixed feelings about this…

I think the IDEA of people crackers for dogs is cute, since we eat animal crackers! But a mailman? C’mon! The mailman is the guy who makes my day special when he delivers that big package! Mailmen need to be respected! šŸ™‚ I say that one of those stick figures that anyone can draw would make for a good cracker. šŸ˜€

Hahaha! Go to YouTube and look up “Things you can’t do when you’re not a dog”. This reminded me of that. I like the opening bit with the mailman. šŸ™‚

    I love those!

Hm I am testing out this email comment thingie.

Thanks for your comments, Jay, Lin and Mimi. Lin, I will have to look the video up. But don’t tell the Hubs!

I think they’re absolutely hilarious!! I take it as the animal kingdoms response to “Animal Crackers”. If we can eat them, why is it so offensive to have it the other way around? It’s up the individual on how they train their pets.
