Reebok Legal Settlement

November 14, 2011

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Reebok Settlement for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

I had to buy a new pair of sneakers today. AGAIN. I don’t know what’s happened but it seems I buy several pairs per year now. This coming from a lady who still has her boots and dress shoes from TEN and FIFTEEN years ago. I dislike buying shoes and I can never seem to find the perfect pair. Plus, I’ve worn them out the past two summers!

So it’s with interest that I hear about a class action lawsuit and a Reebok settlement. Apparently, Reebok is being sued for violating some state laws with the marketing and sales of certain “toning shoes” (which are my favorite kind of sneakers, by the way) and apparel. Reebok denies wrongdoing but it appears they are going for a settlement.

If you purchased one of Reebox toning shoes or apparel from December 5, 2008 through October 12, 2011, you may qualify for a payment from the settlement. Some of the Reebok lines include the Easy Tone, RunTone, JumpTone, SlimTone, EasyTone Flip, and apparel like the EasyTone Capri, EasyTone Shorts, and EasyTone Sleeveless Shirt. Here’s the press release:
