*sigh*

I’m (unintelligible) years old now, and in the past, I’ve always banked on feeling and looking young with little or no effort. Gals, that is SUCH a pipe dream, isn’t it? What’s happening to me?! My hair is thinner, my skin is thinner… my natural elastin just isn’t lastin’ anymore! I’ve been on a semi-ambitious quest for lotions that will perk up my skin a little. And I am finally taking vitamins, too!

There’s this interesting new lotion called Dermalastyl. It’s much different than the other skin lotions out there, because it contains stuff called Tropoelastin, found in the human skin. Other lotions have peptides and collagen, which do help the skin somewhat. But DermaLastyl has the necessary natural elastins, the component that gives the skin its natural flex and softness. Elastin helps to reduce wrinkles and fine lines, the very things that work against us as we age.

The only other skin treament like DermaLastyl is Botox– and no thanks for that! I don’t know HOW ladies tolerate the injections, ew. Dermalastyn can replace or defer those kinds of invasive and expensive procedures.

Of course, skin tone and texture is determined by things like genetics, age, diet, hormones, caring for your skin, and your stress levels. DermaLastyl isn’t a magical cure, but it can certainly help remove a lot of the lines that appear from aging and help deter the natural loss of your body’s elastin.

DermaLastyl is available only at the website, and a two-month supply is currently $89. It would make a very nice gift for that special, wrinkled loved one this holiday season! lol. Check it out. And if you see results, be sure to let me know!

Well, here’s a very unusual cognitive test I just took! I found it here; it’s done by the Cognitive Drug Research group. From what I could see, the quiz has nothing to do with drugs, unless they are testing my coffee-induced, caffeine-cognitivity, lol. I took three brief tests, and every one of them was basically testing my ability to click a button when I recognized an image or concept. It says that speed and accuracy are tested. Well, here’s my score, which surprised me:

brain

Woohoo! An 18-year old brain! :-p Big deal. I’d rather have a 40-year old brain and an 18-year old body. Well, I can take comfort in that I can still cart around my own Briggs and Riley without a cane, at any rate. :-p
