I am afraid that we are allowing the government to set our kids up with a whole lot of debt. They may never be able to own a home or start a business. Sad.

Karen, I do believe that things will change. It changed from right to wrong! It can change from wrong to right! But the change won’t come from the government (never does); it will come from the American people.

I wish the government would see “Separation of church and state” as you described it here, but seriously doubt that will ever happen. It’s so good to see others who still proclaim the truth of God’s word. Teaching children about following God is a parent’s responsibility. Unfortunately, so many parents don’t even do this so how can they possibly teach their children to?

Ah, Rebecca, this is all so true. I wonder, though, how many parents have been so completely brainwashed that it wouldn’t occur to them to question the status quo? And it will only get worse if Obama has his way to start “teaching” all children at age 3 or 4.
