OMG I want one. Whatever it is I want one! Of course, I am positive they are probably illegal, but I am willing to trade all three of my chihuahuas! That just made my day. It is so cute!

I do believe that one is a pet, and this video is from Russia, or somewhere else where you are allowed to have really quirky pets. It’s a Slow Loris, and there are several other videos of this particular one (named Sonia) floating around YouTube.
